Lab-diamonds
Lab-grown diamonds are generally produced by high pressure high temperature (HPHT) methods or chemical vapor deposition (CVD)
HPHT, used since the 1950s, puts a pure, solid carbon source under high pressure and high temperature. In the presence of a catalyst, the pressurized and heated carbon crystalizes into diamond. HPHT is sometimes used to improve the color of mined or lab-grown diamonds.
CVD uses ultra-pure carbon-rich gases in a controlled environment. It produces Type IIa diamonds, which are quite rare in nature and account for less than two percent of all mined diamonds. Type IIa diamonds have no, or almost no, impurities; they are the purest, highest-quality diamonds.
Our proprietary CVD process allows us to produce stunning diamonds in color and size combinations that are seldom found in mines, such as fancy color pink diamonds that are prized for fine jewelry.
Jewelry Customized Service:
We accept Custom-Design We can make the items according to your specifications.
1.Send us the design (picture or sample) which you are interested with your specifications, such as the metal purity, the shape and the measurement (in millimeter) of your stone, ring size and so on.You will need to pay $50 as deposit if you are willing to make this custom design project.
2. Our designers will finish the CAD graphic for you within 3 business days and we will send the CAD to let you confirm before we make the real item. After getting your confirmation, our professional jewellers will finish the custom jewelry for you within 15 business days.Unfortunately, if you are unwilling to continue the project after we send you the CAD graphic, $50 will be deducted from the deposit as the new mold fee.

7 days no reason to return normal cut loose gems after buyer received it, after you have initiated a return, please allow approximately 3-5 business days for the refund process to be completed. this wait time will start on the first business day after your return has been received.
Non-Refundable Items without quality problem. Customized gems stone and Jewelry may not be refund.
If you purchased a item and it is customized ( including sizing, engraving and gold or diamond upgrading), If there is no quality problem , it can not be return to get a refund(please check the quality within 5 days after you got it, and comfirm it to us), but you can enjoy our Product Warranty.

1.All returned items must be in their complete, unused and original condition, including in their original packaging, and accompanied by the proof of purchase. If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, we will not process your return or exchange, and we do not guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-refundable product back to you.

3. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Product Warranty:
Tianyu gems provides a Limited Warranty that applies to your purchase of Jewelry and moissanite gem(s).
We stand behind our products and warrant that all items will be free from manufacturing defects for one month. If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it to us for inspection. If we determine your merchandise is damaged due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the merchandise for free.
If we determine that the damage is not caused by a manufacturing defect, then we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available at cost or otherwise.
Note:
Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics, or internal inclusions, visible or otherwise, in colored gemstones are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are considered as part of the character of the item, and should not be considered a defect.
All implied warranties, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed. The sole and exclusive remedy for any defect covered by this limited warranty is as follows for jewelry, during the first 1 months after the date of your purchase, and moissanite gems, during your lifetime, at its option, repair the jewelry and/or the moissanite gemstones, or replace.with jewelry quality,without charge to you.
